CB Extra Grade Fetal Bovine Serum is a high-quality fetal bovine serum suitable for delicate cells. Fetal bovine serum is the most abundant natural medium in cell culture, which contains rich nutrients necessary for cell growth and has extremely important functions. Serum contains various amino acids, vitamins, inorganic substances, lipids and other nutrients necessary for cell growth, as well as hormones, growth factors and binding proteins that promote cell growth, such as insulin, hydrocortisone, dexamethasone, bFGF, EGF, PDGF and transferrin. CB fetal bovine serum was collected from healthy cattle in non-epidemic areas, and was obtained through aseptic collection, mixed in batches, filtered and packaged with a 3-stage 100-nm filter, without mycoplasma, BVDV, PI3, IBR, BPV and other bovine viruses involved. The general proportion of addition is: 5-20%.
